YOUR ORDERS ON ITS WAY
Products in stock in the our UK warehouse will be dispatched between 1 and 3 working days. All other stock will be dispatched from our China warehouse and will arrive to you/your customer between 10 -15 days.
For bulk printed phone case orders the shipping time is as below:
1-10 phone cases up to 2-3 business days for printing plus 2-3 days delivery time.
Over 11 phone cases up to 5 business days for printing plus 2-3 days delivery time.
Please note the appropriate delivery method will be determined by us when ready. Ie whether royal mail or courier is appropriate for shipping.
These dispatch times apply from January through to October. Please bear with us during busy periods such as Christmas. Please try to place orders as early as possible so they can be dispatched as soon as possible. Make sure your customers are aware of this.

CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellations up to 24 hours after order payment confirmation. A full refund will be issued. However, once the order has been shipped orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
For custom made phone case orders we do not accept cancellations.
RETURNS
We can only accept returns for products if they are damaged or faulty. We can not accept returns because you have ordered the wrong one. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via our contact form stating details of your issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
ITEMS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If the item is visibly damaged please accept the delivery and contact us within 5 days of receiving the package.
Please include the following:
- Photos of the packaging.
- Photos of the defective item.
